140 g [5 oz] butter
50 g [1,75 oz] sugar (about 1/2 dl / 0,1 pt)
2 tsp vanilla sugar/ vanilla
3 teaspoons of cocoa
200 g [7 oz] flour (3 1/3 dl / 6 2/3 pt)
 Stir butter and sugar white and airy. Add sifted flour mixed with cocoa and vanilla sugar/vanilla and stir until everything is well mixed.
 Form the dough into a sausage and set it cold for a couple of hours. Cut the sausage into slices and place the cookies on a baking paper covered baking sheet. Sprinkle the cookies with nib sugar and bake them as indicated and cool them on the grid. Keep in an airtight tin.
