140 g [5 oz] butter
50 g [1,75 oz] sugar (about 1/2 dl / 0,1 pt)
2 tsp vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla
3 teaspoons of cocoa
200 g [7 oz] flour (3 1/3 dl / 0,7 pt)
100 g [3,5 oz] hazelnuts, finely chopped
 Stir butter and sugar light and airy. Add sifted flour mixed with cocoa and vanilla sugar / vanilla and stir until everything is well mixed.
 Form the dough into a long sausage and place it cold for a couple of hours. Cut the sausage into slices and place the slices on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the cookies with chopped hazelnuts.
 Bake the cookies as indicated and cool them on a grid. Store in a tight cake tin.
