Smoked Salmon with Creamy Herb Pesto

This delicacy will quickly becomes a favorite on the buffet table. If you don’t eat it all, it’s almost better the day after!

1 side of smoked salmon
Creamy herbal pesto:
0.5 dl [1 pt] olive oil
1 clove of garlic
0.5 dl [1 pt]  sour cream
2 good hand fulls of chives
A good hand full of dill
A good hand full of parsley
1 dl [0,2 pt] Walnuts
The juice of 1/2 lemon

This is what you do

[1] Cut the salmon into slices and put them on a serving plate.

[2] Mix herbs, garlic, oil and sour cream and stir roughly with a hand mixer. Add walnuts and lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Mix roughly again. The walnuts should be in small pieces. Server with the salmon. If you want a more filling dish, you can also serve cold sliced boiled potatoes.
