5 ml / 1 pint vinegar 7 %
600 g / 1,3 pound sugar
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
14 whole cloves
Wash the plums and put them into a completely clean glass.
Boil vinegar, sugar and spices. Pour the boiling brine over the plums.
Pour out the brine after 7 days.
Boil it a few minutes until it thickens. add the plums and boil fore one more minute.
Pour everything back into a clean glass. Screw on the lid tightly.
