8 deep-frozen plaice fillets
100 g [3,5 oz] butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
1 clove of crushed garlic
2 tablespoons parsley parsley
 Thaw the fish fillets. Stir together the ingredients for the garlic butter.
 Sprinkle the fish fillets with a little salt and put two and two together overlapping one another. Add some garlic butter and roll up the fillets. Lay the fish rolls, with the seam down, tightly together at the bottom of a buttered heat proof mould.
 Sprinkle a little parsley on the fillets. Cover the mould with a lid or foil and leave it in preheated oven as indicated or until the fish is finished.
 Serve the dish with boiled small parsley sprinkled potatoes and / or buttered steamed peas.
