Choose large, mature but not soft bananas and cut a strip of peel, starting at the tip and let the banana peel stick at the stalk. Removing banana meat with a teaspoon, cut it into cubes and mix it with chopped nuts, almonds or coconut flakes, whipped cream and rum or desset wine to taste.
Fill the banana cream back in the peel, sprinkle with chopped almonds or grated chocolate.
For 4 bananas you will need about 0,3 pint of cream.
Prepare banana peels as in the previous recipe, but try to get the bananas out as whole as you can. Cut them into bite-sized chunks and drizzle them with lemon juice. Fill banana peel with whipped cream flavored with vanilla.
Insert banana chunks and strawberries or raspberries into the cream. Roll the loose strip of peel around a meringue and secure with a toothpick.
