Summer Bowl

Summer is not over yet so there is still time for a picnic or two or a party in the garden. This bowl fits perfectly with both. For a picnic it can pay off to fix the ingredients at home and mix the bowl when you’re on the picnic spot – Ted

6-8 servings

6 kiwi fruits
250 g [8,8 oz] strawberries
1 bottle of cold, sweet white wine
1 bottle of cold sparkling wine
Sugar to taste


[1] Peel the kiwi fruit with a sharp potato peeler. Rinse and clean the strawberries. Cut the fruit and berries into slices  and put them in a large bowl preferably one of glass and sprinkle them with some sugar to taste. Pour in the white wine and let the fruit and berries soak for about 15 min.

[2] Pour in the sparkling wine immediately before serving.
