Small and delicious Swedish morning rolls.
1/4 pack of yeast
0.75 dl [0,15 pt] water
0.75 dl [0,15 pt] milk
A pinch of salt
 Dissolve the yeast in the liquid. Add salt then wheat flour a little at the time and remember your going for a batter, not a dough!
 Pour the batter into buttered and floured small round moulds. About a tablespoon in each mould. The batter should be enough to fill about 10 moulds
 Cover the moulds with a kitchen towel and cool over night in the fridge. Bake at 220 C / 430 F until they have a nice color, about 8-9 minutes.
Enjoy the rolls with a generous spread of butter and freshly made strawberry jam.
