400 g [0,9 lb] of fresh champignon
40 g [1,4 oz] of butter / margarine
juice of 1 lemon
salt, white pepper
1 dl [0,2 pt] oil
4 slices of veal
4 slices sandwich bread
30 g [1 oz] of butter
4 slices of lemon
 Clean the mushrooms. Cut some in halves or quarters if they are too different in size and fry them in butter. Add lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let the mushrooms zimmer for about 5 minutes. Keep them warm.
 Heat the oil in a frying pan. Brown the veal fillets on both sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry them for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Toast the sandwich bread, butter the slices and put them on 4 plates. Add a slice of veal on each. top with mushrooms. Garnish with a slice of lemon, parsley and a few dill twigs.
