Preparation time: 15 minutes
1 l [2 pints] cranberries
2 dl [0,4 pint] sugar
1 large egg white
1 pinch of cloves
Use freshly picked, frozen or crushed cranberries. Mix berries, sugar, egg white and cloves and stir well to till mix is foamy. Feel free to use a Mixmaster.
Troll Cream should be prepared just before serving, but it can be made earlier and whipped up just before placed on the table.
This is a great dessert alone, but it also tastes great with milk or custard.
