Tropical Aroma

4,4 oz. / 125 g dairy butter
9,7 oz. / 275 g sugar
2 eggs
8,8 oz. / 250 g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or grated whole cinnamon
0,5 pint / 2 ½ dl milk
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1,6 oz. / 45 g dairy butter
10,6 oz. / 300 g icing sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
5 tablespoons of coffee
3,5 oz. / 100 g small chocolate balls or similar

Cream butter and sugar white and creamy. Mix in whisked eggs. Sift together flour, baking powder and spices. Stir in alternately with milk.

Remove about 1/3 of the batter. add cocoa in the rest of the batter and mix well. Pour half of the dark batter into a greased round cake tin, about 10 inches / 24 cm in diameter. Pour inn the light batter and finally the rest of the dark. Bake at 355° F / 180° C for about 30 minutes.

Frosting: Stir together butter, icing sugar, cocoa and coffee. Spread frosting on the cake. Garnish with chocolate balls or similar
