3 egg whites
75 g [2,65 oz] sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
50 g [1,75 oz] icing sugar
100 g [3,5 oz] ground almonds
75 g [2,65 oz] dark chocolate
50 g [1,75 oz] dark chocolate
Will make about 60
Put baking paper on an oven sheet. Preheat the oven.
Over and under heat: 130° C / 265° F
Hot air: 110° C / 230° F
 Meringue: Whisk egg whites completely stiff with a mixer. Add sugar and vanilla sugar gradually while the mixer is running at the highest speed. Wisk for one minute. Finally add ground almonds and chopped chocolate, folding it in with a spatula.
Use 2 teaspoons and place walnut-sized portions on the baking sheet. Bake on the middle shelf in the oven for 25 minutes. Let the meringues cool on a grid on the baking paper.
 Decoration: Warm the chocolate and let it run from a spoon over the meringues. .
