Vegetable Soup with Pork Strips

Vegetable Soup with Pork Strips

2 servings

150 g [5,3 oz] pork, cut into strips
1 bundle of broccoli, or 1 package of frozen ones
2 tablespoons oil
2 potatoes
1 onion
1 liter [2 pt] water + 1 beef bouillion cube
2 dl [0,4 pt] cream, 20 %
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

This is what you do

[1] Wash the broccoli and cut it into rough pieces, also the stalk. Peel the potatoes and onion and cut them into cubes.

[2] Boil the water + cube and cream and add the vegetables. Cook for about 10 minutes until everything is tender.

[3] save a few small bouquets of broccoli. Let the rest cool a little befor running it in a blender until completely smouth, then pour it back into the saucepan.

[4] Fry the pork quickly in a hot frying pan for 2-4 minutes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

[5] Serve the soup steaming hot garnished with the pork strips and broccoli bouquets.
