Bring the milk to a boil. Melt margarine in a saucepan. Add the flour and stir until everything is well mixed. Dilute with the boiling milk a little at the time. Stir until the porridge is completely smooth between each new round of milk. Let the porridge boil for 5 -10 minutes. Add salt to taste.
Server the porridge with berry juice diluted in ice cold water, a lump of melting butter, sugar and cinnamon.
