White mini pizzas with crème fraiche, Serrano ham, pear and thyme.
1 finished pizza dough sheet
1 dl [0,2 pt] crème fraiche
200 g [7 oz] Jarlsberg, grated
1 handfull of fresh thyme
salt and pepper
100 g [3,5 oz] Serrano ham
This is what you do
 Set the oven to 250 C / 480 F. Cut the pizza dough sheet in four and form them into rough ovals and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
 Mix together crème fraiche, grated Jarlsberg and coarsly chopped thyme. Season with salt and pepper and spread on the ovals. Top with pear cut into slices.
 Bake the pizzas in the middle of the oven until the cheese melts and gets a nice colour. Add fresh slices of ham before serving.
