Winter Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cabbage
2 carrots
1 apple
1 orange
1 1/2 dl [0,3pt] frozen peas, thawed
1/4 cauliflower
4 tablespoon sour cream
4 tablespoons of culture milk or kefir

Approach

Cut the cabbage into thin strips. Cut the carrots into sticks. Cut the cauliflower into small bouquets. Cut apple into cubes. Separate the orange into segments and cut these into 2 or 3. Add cream and cultured milk/kefir. Mix everything well.
