Curry Chops

Curry chops is an old classic that deserves to be brought back into our dinner repertoire. Easy and delicious everyday dinner!

Ingredients
4 pork chops
2 tablespoons margarine / oil for frying
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
1 apple cut into small cubes
4 tablespoons of cheddar, grated
1 teaspoon curry
4 potato
about 100 g frozen mixed vegetable
about 2 dl  / 0,4 pt milk
0.5 tsp salt
0.3 tsp pepper

Approach

[1] Season the chops with salt and pepper and fry in oil or margarine for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat.

[2] Mix apple, grated cheese and curry. Spread on top of the chops in the pan and put the lid on. Cook over low heat until the cheese has melted slightly.

[3] Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil them for a few minutes and add the vegetable mixture. Pour out the boiling water when the vegetables are tender. Mash potatoes and vegetables. Dilute with milk until you got the right thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

Server the curry chops on top of the homemade mashed vegetables and potetoes.
