Minced beef with cheese and tomatoes

4 servings

4 slices white bread
40 g margarine [1,4 oz.]
150 g minced [5,3 oz.]
salt
pepper
1 medium-sized onion
40 g margarine [1,4 oz.]
1 tablespoon tomato puree
4 tablespoons grated cheese or processed cheese
tomato slices
parsley

Fry the bread and place on the hot plate. Let minced meat and a little margarine simmer for a while in a hot pan. Add the tomato puree and cheese. Place a generous portion on each fried piece of bread. Garnish with tomato slice and parsley and cheese to taste. Server the sandwiches as fresh as possible.

Minced beef with bacon and egg

4 servings

150 g minced beef [5,3 oz.]
salt
pepper
1/2 dl milk [0,1 pint – 0,2 cup]
1/2 tablespoon crumbled rusk [0,1 pint – 0,2 cup]
75 g margarine
[2,65 oz.]
4 slices of whole wheat bread (or white bread)
1 tablespoon good mustard
4-8 slices of bacon
4 eggs
parsley

Work together minced beef, spices, milk and rusk. Form 4 steaks. Fry the bread, spred the top side with mustard. Brown steaks and place on the bread, Fry bacon slices. If they are put in cold pan from the beginning, they will get nice and wavy. Place them on the steaks. Then fry the aggs and put them on sandwiches with “sunny sid” up. Garnish with parsley and a little tomato ketchup or serve the ketchup in a side dish so the gests can serve themselves.

Minced beef with anchovy and lemon

4 servings

150 g minced [5,3 oz.]
1 egg
(salt )
pepper
4-6 chopped anchovy fillets
1/2 dl finely sliced [0,1 pint – 0,2 cup]
pickled beetroot
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
4 slices coarse broad
4 lemon pieces
50 g margarine [1,8 oz.]

Mix minced beef with the egg, anchovy, beets and parsley. Season with pepper and salt if needed. Fry the bread lightly on one side. Place farce on the fried side of bread, then fry bottom side, place sandwiches on hot plate and garnish with lemon and parsley.
