These apple rolls look and sound delicious and I would like to try making them. But what is the weight of “1 packet” of yeast? Fresh or dried yeast?

One Norwegian packet of fresh yeast weights 50 g / 1.75 oz. If you prefer dry yeast (powder) use 12 – 12’5 g / 0,40 – 0,45 oz 🙂
