A dinner recipe found in “How To Eat Canned Salmon”

A curry dish with a surprisingly copious use of curry powder the age of the book taken under consideration. In other words, a rather hot curry seen with Western eyes – Ted

Canned salmon on bread is ok, though. However, I try not to eat farmed salmon at all as it is full of toxins, and also farmed fish (at least in Norway, I don’t know about the Canadian brands) have utterly miserable lives and are usually ill, and many of them die because of absolutely deplorable living conditions.

I totally agree, but then again I’m not all that fond of salmon canned or farmed. It is a bit to fat for me. A nice cod loin with either lots of fried onion or small crisp bacon cubes is much more to my taste 😉
